All services are exclusively reserved for our guests. Some are offered directly by us, while others are provided by external professionals or partner businesses.
We kindly ask you to request any experiences or services at the time of booking, so that we can organize everything in the best possible way, especially for activities not managed directly by us.
Wine tasting
Artisanal wines produced by us at Dune Bianche Winery.
Wine tastings can also be paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
Everything is served either in our indoor dining area or under our outdoor porch.

Pic-nic
We are surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, perfect for a relaxing walk while enjoying the stunning landscape.
We will prepare your picnic basket with local products from Azienda Agricola Il Cerreto in Bettona (PG), including plates, glasses, and cutlery. If you wish, you can also add a bottle of wine.

Cooking class
Two-hour cooking class led by professional chefs.
Depending on your preferences and the seasonality of the ingredients, you will have the opportunity to prepare traditional Umbrian dishes or classic Italian recipes. At the end of the class, everyone will enjoy tasting the dishes prepared together.

E-bike tour and rentals
Thanks to electric pedal assistance, even less experienced riders can enjoy cycling through the vineyards, olive groves, forests, and natural parks of Umbria.
Tours can be organized according to your interests, available time, and personal needs. It is possible to start directly from our property and be accompanied throughout the route by a local guide.
E-bikes can also be rented on a daily basis without a guide.

Yoga e Pilates
Private lessons or small group sessions held outdoors.
Sessions last approximately 1 hour and, weather permitting, take place in the garden.
Yoga mats are provided by us.

Hot air balloon flight
Admire Assisi and the green heart of Italy from one of the most beautiful hot air balloon flights in the world, followed by a rich Umbrian breakfast and a delicious tasting of local wines.

Photo shooting
The photo shoot can be organized outdoors, either within the property or in a selected location such as vineyards or sunflower fields overlooking Assisi.
The session lasts approximately 1 hour and is carried out by professional photographers.

Photography courses or photowalks with professional photographers: explore Assisi and other beautiful locations while taking photos together. Suitable for groups of up to 12 participants. For groups of up to 4 participants, photography equipment can be provided by the photographers.

Olive mill tour
Sensory tasting experience, learn how to recognize the distinctive qualities of an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
1.5 hours — bruschetta and fresh vegetables paired with the 4 oils tasted.
2.5 hours — sensory tasting of 5 oils, learning how to enjoy and pair olive oil with a light lunch, afternoon snack, or aperitif.
Dog training
How about making this holiday truly special for your four-legged friend too?
We’re lucky to have a brand-new dog training center just a few kilometers away, surrounded by our beautiful green hills.
You can take part in private lessons in agility, obedience, leash walking, and much more.

Cashmere Experience
Guest transfer service from the accommodation to the Panicale Cashmere store in Perugia. Upon arrival, visitors will be welcomed by the staff, who will introduce the collections and share insights into the world of cashmere.
Guests will enjoy a welcome aperitif and, at the end of the experience, will be driven back to the property.
Inside the store, guests can shop the men’s and women’s collections with a 40% discount, as well as discover dedicated corners featuring special promotions available throughout the year. The collections include not only cashmere knitwear and other premium fabrics, but also trousers, outerwear, shoes, and accessories.
